And this week, the software giant has officially resolved all update blocks for Windows 10 version 20H2, essentially allowing all devices eligible for the update to get this particular release. Microsoft says the last two bugs, both causing errors during or after updating devices with certain Conexant audio drivers on Windows 10 version 20H2 and Windows 10 version 2004, has finally been addressed, which means that computers previous blocked from getting this feature update can now do so from Windows Update as well.

Microsoft removes all Windows 10 upgrade blocks including Conexant audio driver issues Microsoft has now resolved all known issues that were preventing people from updating Windows 10. The company had put upgrade blocks in place that stopped users with certain hardware from upgrading to Windows 10 version 2004 and 20H2. The last two safeguards to have been removed relate to Conexant audio drivers and Conexant ISST audio drivers. This change means that the latest version of Windows 10 can now roll out to more people, just ahead of Windows 10 version 1909 reaching end of life later this month. See also: Microsoft and Synaptics have previously identified compatibility issues with versions 8.65.47.53, 8.65.56.51 and 8.66.0.0 through 8.66.89.00 of chdrt64.sys and chdrt32.sys, as well as uci64a96.dll through uci64a231.dll with a version number of 7.231.3.0 or lower. These longstanding issues have now been resolved, meaning the blocks on upgrading have been lifted.

09 May 2021 - 8:10 By Irfan Bukhari | The Peninsula Doha: The Government Communications Office (GCO) has said that since 2008 Qatar has mediated many key regional and international issues. “The State of Qatar continually contributes to diplomatic efforts to mediate between various factions, entities, and states in the interest of international peace and security, and has succeeded in restoring diplomatic relations between Somalia and Kenya,” the GCO said in a tweet. It added in a motion graphic that through its mediation efforts to strengthen international peace and stability, Qatar succeeded in restoring diplomatic relations between Somalia and Kenya. The graphic, shared with the tweet, reveals that since 2008, Qatar has mediated in more than 10 key regional and international issues.
